Lord, accompany my beginning. Make me open to encounters and able to ask for help.

Between one step and another you can let go of the need to fill every moment. In the silence listen to what tires you and what gives you peace.
Lord, teach me to listen to you, to myself and to those who walk beside me.

Fatigue asks for attention, not a test of worth. Stopping, drinking and shortening the stage can be acts of care for the body entrusted to us.
Lord, help me to recognize my limits and to respect those of others.
